Edmonds, WA – Mechanical systems for new 24,000 sq. ft. grocery store and shell/core systems for 8,000 sq. ft. of TI spaces. Project obtained LEED Platinum certification through the use of many mechanical improvements including heat recovery off refrigerated case systems, rain water harvesting, and pre-flushing prior to occupancy.
