Tom is the founder and current president of HV Engineering, Inc.  In his thirty plus years of experience, he has successfully completed more than one thousand projects covering nearly every area of the mechanical consulting market.  His design expertise includes HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems, energy study analysis, LEED analysis, mechanical troubleshooting, and construction support.  In locations ranging from Southern California to Northern Alaska, Tom’s building project background includes new and modernized K-12 schools, churches, retail developments, tenant improvements, medical clinics, senior housing developments, parks, mixed use facilities, and swimming pools.

In Brian’s twenty five plus years as a mechanical engineer, he has designed process piping, plumbing, and HVAC systems for commercial, retail, manufacturing, municipal facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, K-12 and higher education facilities, offices, multifamily residential, senior housing, laboratories, hospitals, natatoriums, and industrial shops.  His expertise includes HVAC systems for standby power generation, the design of facilities dealing with the storage and handling of hazardous materials and environments, and design challenges associated with new construction, building renovation, and facility conversion.  He has worked on projects ranging in location from Nevada to the Arctic Ocean.
