Seattle, WA – Provided HVAC and plumbing design for a large international restaurant with over 380 staff and guests. Project challenges included installing a large commercial kitchen with nine kitchen hoods and over 19,000 cfm of exhaust in a building with structural beams just over nine feet above the finished floor.
